All products sold by Instant Download Depot are digital products delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered or accessed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If you receive a corrupted file, incorrect file, duplicate purchase, or experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue, replace the file, or provide another appropriate resolution.
